Our main office is at 6312 Garden Grove Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact and partnership request form, we collect:
- Your name and email address (required);
- Your phone number (optional);
- Your professional role and primary objective;
- Anything you write in the message field, such as market or property details; and
- Whether you opted in to receive text messages.
Please do not include sensitive information (such as Social Security, bank, or account numbers) in the message field.
Information collected automatically
- Security check. To protect our form from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics. Your IP address is also sent with the verification request.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request) to operate and secure the Site.
- Preferences stored in your browser. We store your light/dark display preference and whether you have acknowledged our disclaimer in your browser’s local or session storage. If you use the page translator, a
googtranscookie remembers your chosen language.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics or tracking tools that follow you across other websites.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or services you request;
- To evaluate and administer referral, affiliate, auction listing, or co-marketing relationships you ask about;
- To contact you by email or phone about your request, and by text message only if you opted in;
- To protect the Site and our form against fraud, spam, and abuse; and
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations, including those that apply to real estate licensees.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and process your request, under obligations to protect it: website hosting (Vercel), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), form processing and email delivery (n8n), and our email provider.
- Page translation. If you use the page translator, the Site loads Google Translate and the page text is processed by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy.
- At your direction. With partners, platforms, or other parties involved in a transaction or relationship you ask us to pursue, such as the Global Estate Hub platform, only as needed for that purpose.
- Legal and regulatory reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or a request from a regulator such as the California Department of Real Estate, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Email and text messages
If you submit the form, we may email or call you about your request. We send text messages only if you check the optional SMS consent box; consent is not a condition of any service, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Any marketing emails we send will include a working unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by contacting us using the details below.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law or by real estate record-keeping rules, and then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and server-side handling of form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) applies to us, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to request a copy of it;
- Request that we delete or correct your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this right); and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email contact@unityfinancialgroups.com or call (714) 898-7900. We will verify your request using information you have provided to us, and you may use an authorized agent. California residents may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code §1798.83); we do not make such disclosures. Learn more from the California Attorney General.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The Site does not track you across other websites, so it does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change how we process your information.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site links to other websites, such as the California DRE and Global Estate Hub. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
