Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We consider accessibility when we design and update the site, and we treat accessibility issues as defects to fix.
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks, and a “Skip to main content” link;
- Keyboard support for navigation, menus, dialogs, tabs, and forms, with visible focus indicators;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, with decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology;
- Form fields with visible labels and error messages announced to screen readers;
- Color contrast checked for text, a dark display mode, and respect for reduced-motion settings;
- A responsive layout that works when zoomed and on phones, tablets, and desktops; and
- Automated accessibility testing of our pages against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules.
Known limitations
- Machine translation. Translations are machine-generated by Google Translate and may contain errors. The English version controls for all legal documents and disclosures. Translated text may not read naturally with assistive technology.
- Security check. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party verification widget. If it blocks you, please contact us by phone or email instead.
- External sites. Linked government and partner websites, such as the California DRE and Global Estate Hub, are outside our control.
Automated testing does not catch every issue, and we have not yet completed a full manual audit with assistive technology users. We welcome reports of anything that gets in your way.
